Regalia for Overseas Qualification

Different Institutions have different protocols on what graduation regalia you will be expected to wear.

Please consult your Graduation Handbook or letter, or contact your Institutions Graduation office for advice on what you will be required to wear for your ceremony.

Generally if you hold a previous Bachelor or Masters degree from overseas you may be permitted to wear a Degree Hood and the appropriate headwear from New Zealand to represent your overseas qualification.

When ordering tell us the name of your qualification, the University where your degree was obtained, and a colour indication of the hood lining if possible e.g. University of Queensland, Bachelor of Arts, pink satin lining.
